The Bishop Museum of Science and Nature

Tickets are for General Admission to the Museum. When you arrive, please have your ticket readily available. Follow the link in your confirmation email to print the barcode at home or to show it on your mobile device. Visitors who have purchased senior or student tickets may be asked to show identification to be admitted at the discounted price. If you qualify for free admission, you do not need to purchase tickets here—simply come to the Museum with your information!

10am-5pm Tuesday-Saturday | Noon-5pm Sunday | Closed Monday

Tickets are good for any day The Bishop is open, but must be redeemed within one (1) year of purchase. Please note the Museum is closed on Mondays, as well as New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, 1st Saturday of November, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

If you have an online discount code, you will be prompted to enter it on the next screen. If you are a member of a reciprocal organization and would like to use your reciprocal benefits, simply come to the Museum during business hours and we will be happy to assist you!

Backyard Science

Science Sprouts takes place from 9:00—10:00am each Saturday.

$12 per child for Discovery Society members
$15 per child for all others.
Includes one adult to accompany each child

Advanced reservations are required. Attendance limited to 12 children.

Homeschool Thursdays

Homeschool Thursdays combines hands-on activities with exciting exploration through our exhibits, planetarium, and manatee habitat. One parent or guardian for each student is welcome to attend the program with their child if they so choose. The am program starts promptly at 10 am and the afternoon program starts promptly at 1 pm.

Please complete the information to register the student for Homeschool Thursdays at The Bishop. Each homeschooler should be registered separately, and the homeschooler's information should be filled in as the registrant.

Bishop After Hours

The Bishop Museum of Science and Nature is not just a place for families to learn and have fun during the day. Adults can also enjoy some after-hours entertainment with Bishop After Hours events. These events are designed for guests who want to experience The Bishop at night. During Bishop After Hours, the Museum offers various experiences to the guests, such as live entertainment, art and music demonstrations, dancing, trivia, and more. Come and join us for an evening full of fun and surprises!
